Mount Kinabalu


My recent visit to Sandakan and Ranau
opened my eyes to appreciate things that I care less...
Especially when I drove along sandakan-ranau-kundasang road
single lane, bumpy ride, sinking roadbed
landslides warning every 10min drive
from 5.30pm-10.00pm with Proton Persona
I thank God when i'm back at Kundasang the next day
the car is still in one piece
95% of motorist travel with 4x4

Now i feel like federal highway is chocolate
mrr2 is chocolate with pudding
and duke highway is chocolate+pudding+ice cream!

I, now officially,
am grateful with road system in KL...
even how super annoying it can be at certain times
say 7am-9am and 5pm-9pm daily
or the never ending stupidity- the cross lane at Pandan Indah
I am still grateful.











By the way I really enjoyed staying at Ranau...
Kinabalu Pine Resort is highly recommended
for a morning encounter with breathtakingly beautiful view
sipping coffee at the balcony
watching the clouds slowly filled
the summit of Mount Kinabalu

Unfortunately i woke up at 7.15
so i missed the morning mist
still freaking worth it.












I will go to Ranau in October for the landslides program
Will be staying at this resort again
and probably will go for a 1 day hike at Mount Kinabalu
I gotta start working out from now







but tonight, I need to go to pasar malam sri gombak
Monday is chicken wing's day.
ngeee.

I was reading this article from Harian Metro yesterday
a student died in a rental car
all proof directed to suicide
he also left a note on who's to call if anyone find him
and to return the car back to the owner

Condolences to the family
No disrespect to them...
but i can help feeling sorry to the owner of the car
I mean come on...
someone just committed suicide in his car!

He must have been really happy when the person
paid the full rental for a month...
But it came with a price, bro.


Just imagine who wants to rent the car again?
Can he get rid of the awful smell of the rotting body?
you know some people say that the smell will never go away
and even without the smell,
will the owner drive the car again
when u know someone died on the driver's seat?


I just has this wild imagination on the owner's reaction like

"oh Dear God,
why oh why, of all the places ...
why in my 8 years old kancil?"

or something more bad-ass like

"Bloody hell john!
a fucking corpse in my car!
fuckkk!"


For all i know,
the owner may not received the news quite well.

I guess in the future, the rental car company/ person
should change the rental procedure a bit...
you know like requesting the client's health history
or at least make them to fill up some form
just to make sure they are psychically & mentally well


rental company:
"sir, could you fill up this section please..Please be honest
and put the rate accordingly"

I know it's 2 months ago
i'm just too lazy to brag about my age
but i must write about it because i had a blast that night
with my best friends
and on the day itself with my surfacing







Neesa told me she's not coming back for the weekend
Shana just acted like nothing happened
until they came to my house 2 hours before my birthday
with card and balloons and took me out for a dinner

I never expected that they will do something like this again
considering the last year surprise was really amazing
and yes,
you guys made me me feel so freaking happy

for my birthday...

Pernah tak rasa ANNOY GILE time tengok movie
bila ibubapa yang tak berakal panjang ni
bawak anak kecik-kecik lagi ...
kadang2 yang masih baby pon dowang bleh bawak

aku memang pantang tol ngan parent2 camni
sebab aku dah kene masa tengok Clash of the titans - 3d
dekat pavillion
dahla show pagi pukul 11am

belakang ada perempuan melayu
bawak anak kembar umur 3-4 tahun
sebelah pulak cina bawak anak lelaki
2 orang age 10-11 tahun
sepanjang movie tu
yang kembar belakang duk berjalan ke kiri ke kanan
yang cina 2 orang sebelah ni pulak duk bercakap berborak

penat dok "syuhhh syuhhh"
tak paham paham bahasa nak gak berborak
dah cakap "please keep quite kid"
pon tak jalan jugak
yang mak bapak die pon buat tak tau je
muke toya macam takde apa2 berlaku
nak aku cakap ke
"can you shut the fuck up or i'll shove the popcorn

ko lupakan la hasrat murni nak bawak tengok wayang
tengok aje la dvd kat rumah
atau pegi buat aktiviti lain yang lebih mesra kanak-kanak

sebab 90% yang pergi tu takde anak
yang nak concentrate on the particular movie
and tak hingin nak hadap behaviour anak kau
mengerti?

Came across this ad at Wendy's
Decided to give it a try
I chose double mushroom melt
and My Surfacing went for triple
the moment we unwrapped the aluminum foil
I was like...nooo shittt


Well Wendy's, what can i say...
I am a fan now.

Personal comment:
I watch this movie last week during daytime
I thought it's a scary vampire movie but i was wrong
It's very daring, sexual, funny, great storyline,
Great talents especially the actor
(he's from The Host, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance)
and the CGI is freaking good.
I wonder when Malaysia can produce good CGI movie...
at the end of the day,
it's about love, in a weird way
the unexpected happens and it can change your life...
or death forever.

I Met The Walrus

I came across this lovely piece while book hunting
It's about meeting the legendary John Lennon
In 1969, 14 years old Jerry Levitan, a big fan of The Beatles
snuck into John's hotel room
and had the most wonderful experience in a lifetime -
sit down for a 40 minutes of interview with John Lennon





The book is totally awesome
Brand new, hard cover
with really nice illustrations illustrated by James Braithwaite
Never before seen photograph of John and Yoko
Truly a gift for John Lennon fans

He had a great time, obviously
He bought the VIP ticket
Meet and Greet with them,
signed flag and poster
It's a freaking unforgettable concert, he said

Went to LCCT to fetch him
he told me the day before ...
he didn't buy the wrath tour t-shirt
my size was not available
I was completely upset

not until he took out this baby from his bag...
Lamb of God original T!

You got me, my dear...
You really did.


It's a big 'Lamb of God' day out
for us the next day :)

Tapi pernah tak korang terfikir yang kadang-kadang

atau dengan bahasa lebih indah…

tak boleh nak tolak pulak tu…

3. Bila pegi salon konon-konon professional
tapi styling rambut macam setan.. pastu cakap belit-belit…
bila tengah cuci rambut baru nak kata promotion tu tak valid
and bagi pakej lain yang lagi mahal

4. Bila bank charge 50 sen setiap kali nak keluar duit
kat atm selepas 4 kali pengeluaran

5. Bila skin doctor tak bagi warning awal-awal pasal
kesan ubat pil yang buat tangan jadi hitam
and kulit jadi kering

6. Bila makan kat restoran yang dah bertahun-tahun operasi
rupanya baru dalam proses nak apply status Halal

7. Bila makan kat restoran yang pakai logo Halal tipu

8. Bila beli epal hijau yang kata crunchy
tapi rupanya epal gabus

9. Bila buat claim kat company
sampai 9 bulan tak dapat-dapat
