Apparently Shana just read
a CIMB Islamic Mastercard brochure...
she just wanted to know more bout the product.
But her eyes caught something anyway...
Being a great graphic designer
give her the ability to detect flaws
especially on photography...
She checked on wiki to make sure its true
she e-mailed me the brochure

she was damn right...

What's the matter with people today?
I blame the agency who proposed the artwork
at the first place
and I blame the company or person who approved it.

This is major...
We both agree that things like this wasn't an accident
I mean the agency must had
pick n choose the suitable visuals
before composed it with the design right?
What were they thinking?
I didnt mean to make a big deal out of it
But this is just damn insensitive.

If this brochure meant for CIMB mastercard,
Takde masalah la kan...
But this is for CIMB ISLAMIC MASTERCARD.
So please la...
To all art director/creative team/ client
be careful with ya design n whatnot
and be extra careful when it comes to sensitive issue
especially RELIGION.

ramai lak geng2 x dpt folo skali.

since tak ramai yang ada.
So plan nye...
aku call Sanko yang baru balik dr melaka tuh
soh dtg premiere skang jugak!
sebab ada mamat ni nak bagi job.
and aku soh bawak Mira skalik
sebab aku ade jual Jam Mahal kat die.
Punye la susah nak convince mamat ni soh bawak Mira.
Seb Baik Mira pon pandai berlakon.
Die kate die kene pilih jam tuh since aku dah deposit ngan duit aku.

The Nightmare

I had a nightmare about a month ago...
Mimpi somebody entered my house and stabbed me to death
In my dream, my souls lingered looking for my killer,
just like in the movie.
This is no ordinary dream.

This bloody dream haunted me for a month.
I was afraid to go to sleep.
I will keep the TV on with no sounds
cuz i'm afraid to sleep in the dark.
I put a knife under my pillow.
Parang panjang lak kat sebelah kiri & kanan.
make sure alarm pintu sentiasa on.
letak cawan kaca tepi tingkap...
so that i can hear anyone who try to break in thru the window.
Macam-macam doa aku bace macam
Ayat Kursi, Selawat Nabi, 3 Qul, Al-Fatihah...
Tapi perasaan takut tetap ada
Kadang-kadang menjadi-jadi sampai aku tido bukak lampu..

Until 2 days ago,
aku terbaca buku amalan doa...
Rupenya ada doa yang patut kita amalkan sebelum tido
dengan kaedah-kaedahnya.
Sebelom tido tuh aku baca...

Alhamdulillah
Perasaan takut terus takde
Hati aku tenang
Automatically aku takde fikir langsung mende2 buruk
yang aku selalu bayangkan tu
aku boleh tido dalam gelap...
x payah kelubung2 dalam selimut dah.

Sekarang baru aku tau kenape sebelum ni
aku bace doa macam tak berkesan...
Sebab aku tak berapa faham maksudnya..
Sebab aku just baca n tak berdoa bersungguh-sungguh minta
dilindungi Allah SWT dari kejahatan dan bala bencana
Bila berdoa kita perlu yakin, bersungguh-sungguh,
baca dengan betul dan fahami maksud.

aku nak share doa-doa tu...
supaya kita dilindungi Allah SWT waktu tidur
semoga hati kita lebih tenang untuk lelapkan mata
Semoga kita sentiasa dirahmatiNya


Sebelum tidur kita berwuduk dulu.

1) Angkat tangan seperti berdoa dan bacalah:

a) Surah Al-Ikhlas


Dengan nama Allah, Yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): (Tuhanku) ialah Allah Yang Maha Esa.
sesungguhnya Allah kekal.
Dia tiada beranak dan Dia pula tidak diperanakkan
Dan tidak ada sesiapapun yang serupa denganNya.


b) Surah Al-Falak


Dengan nama Allah, Yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Aku berlindung kepada (Allah) Tuhan
yang menciptakan sekalian makhluk.
Dari bencana makhluk-makhluk yang Dia ciptakan.
Dari bahaya gelap apabila ia masuk.
Dari kejahatan makhluk-makhluk yang menghembus-hembus pada simpulan-simpulan (
dan ikatan-ikatan).
Serta dari kejahatan orang yang dengki apabila dia melakukan dengkinya.

c) Surah An-Nas



Dengan nama Allah, Yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Aku berlindung kepada (Allah)
Pemelihara sekalian manusia.
Yang Menguasai sekalian manusia.
yang disembah oleh sekalian manusia.
Dari kejahatan pembisik penghasut yang timbul tenggelam.
Yang melemparkan bisikan dan hasutannya ke dalam hati manusia.
daripada kalangan jin dan manusia.


sejurus selepas itu raupkan pada muke ke anggota badan lain
mana yang sampai.bacalah sebanyak 3 kali.

b) Baca Ayatul Kursi
d) Baca Surah Al-Fatihah
c) Mengucap 2 kalimah Syahadah dan Selawat atas Nabi Muhammad SAW
d) Tidur Mengiring ke kanan dan bacalah Zikir Fatimah
Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahuakbar




Sebenarnya ada banyak lagi doa-doa lain...
tapi ini lah so far ape yang aku amalkan...
nak atasi perasaan takut tu.


Ape-ape pun selepas kita berdoa dan yakin...
tidurlah sambil bertawakal pada Allah SWT.
Tapi berhati-hati tu memang la perlu kan...
so i still keep a knife under my pillow.

...u need it right?but u have so many shoes...
this dracula been here for quite some time...
i dun think anyone will buy it",
i said while looking at frank the bunny figura.
this action figure will be mine someday.


"so...?what should i buy first?", he asked.
maybe he's hoping for me to give a damn good reason
or decision.

I seriously didn't know why i gave that answer.

maybe he wished no one will notice it.

It was a sunny day so I decided to photograph
my nephew and niece, isyraq and jasmine.
I just snapped as many pictures as possible.
It’s so hard to direct this young man to pose.
But when I look at the pictures,
I realize that I just have to let him be what he wants to be…
